Our story

Fertility care should be accessible to more people

IVF(SG) was created with a simple idea: high-quality, personalised fertility care should be available at a more affordable and transparent cost.

Why IVF(SG) began

Making private fertility treatment more accessible

Fertility treatment can involve significant clinical, emotional and financial decisions. IVF(SG) was established to provide another option for patients in Singapore, combining specialist-led private fertility care with a more accessible cost structure and greater clarity around treatment pricing.

The vision is to give people who need fertility treatment, or who need medical support to become parents, the opportunity to access a high standard of individualised care without affordability becoming an unnecessary barrier.

A philosophy shaped by years of fertility care

Legacy work and experience in reproductive medicine helped shape the philosophy behind IVF(SG), with an emphasis on individualised care, clear guidance and treating each patient's circumstances as their own.

That approach became part of the foundation for what IVF(SG) would later set out to provide, while addressing another important part of access to fertility treatment: affordability.

Carrying the vision forward

From one generation to the next

Coming from medical legacy, Adrian Chen grew up with an understanding of the role fertility care can play in people's lives. When establishing IVF(SG), he wanted to carry forward the focus on personalised care while developing a model that could make private fertility treatment accessible to more people.

“IVF(SG) was started with one clear goal, to make fertility care in Singapore more accessible, more personal and centred around patients.”

As Founder and Director, Adrian continues to focus on how IVF(SG) develops its services, treatment structure and patient experience while keeping affordability and transparency central to the clinic's model.

What that means today

Affordable should not mean compromising on care

IVF(SG)'s model is designed around three principles that continue to shape how the clinic approaches fertility treatment.

Accessible

Structured package pricing is intended to make private fertility treatment accessible to more people while giving patients greater clarity around expected costs.

Personalised

Fertility care is not one-size-fits-all. Treatment decisions are guided by individual circumstances, medical history and appropriate clinical assessment.

Transparent

Clear treatment pathways and upfront package pricing help patients understand what is included, what may be additional and what to expect before treatment begins.

IVF(SG) today

The vision continues through the team

Today, IVF(SG)'s clinical care is led by Medical Director and Fertility Specialist Dr Yeong Cheng Toh, supported by the nursing team and the people working behind the scenes to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Together, the team aims to provide a treatment experience that is clinically guided, clearly communicated and supportive from the first enquiry through each stage of care.
